How to shop
It’s easy! Simply make your selection, click on the item you wish to purchase, choose your colour, size and quantity, then click on ‘add to basket’. You can add as many items to your basket as you wish. Once you have finished making your selection, or if you wish to check the details of your order, or remove an item, click on ‘proceed to checkout’.
You will now be asked for your payment and delivery details. We accept most major debit/credit cards, postal or cheque payment is acceptable but please allow approximately 5 working days for the payment to clear before your goods are despatched.

Delivery details
Whilst we make every effort to despatch your goods within 5 working days, please allow up to 14 days from the time of your order. Should there be a problem with despatching your goods, we will contact you to let you know.
Please note, your payment will not be processed until your goods have been despatched.

Supply and demand
We endeavour at all times to ensure that all items advertised are in stock. However, if an item proves to be very popular or if we are awaiting stock from our suppliers, regrettably there may be unavoidable delays.
We will however, keep you informed throughout your order process should this be the case.

The Taxman!
Don’t worry all of our prices are inclusive of VAT except for childrenswear which is exempt.

Peace of mind
All payment and delivery details supplied to us will remain entirely secure, we will not disclose or share your personal information to any third party, as per the Data Protection Act.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return them to us for a replacement or a full refund. Products must be returned to us in their original packaging with labels attached.

Only the customer who made the original purchase and whose details we took ,can be refunded.
Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.

If you wish to make an exchange there will be a fee of £3.00 applied to allow for re-postage. If we are unable to make a replacement due to stock levels we will inform you and a full refund will be offered.
